With four bedrooms, spacious lounge and dining areas, a historic frame, and a modern present, this beautiful and desirable property just 200 meters from the beach can accommodate up to eight people. There is also a gym, sauna, and an outdoor pool.

The Villa has four double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a fully fitted kitchen, a separate comfort dining area, and a living room. It spreads over two floors with a total area of 300m2.

Two of the four bedrooms are on the ground floor, including the master suite. All of the bedrooms are spacious and have en-suite bathrooms. These quarters, which come with high-quality bedding and bed linens, sophisticated lighting, and neutral décor, impose on you easily. Slanted ceilings have been incorporated into the architecture of the two bedrooms on the upper level.

The intimate dining terrace overlooking the fortress, the eastern tip of Lokrum, and the blue Adriatic Sea is the focal point of the outdoor area. The terrace features an outdoor dining table for eight people, a sun lounger corner, and an outdoor swimming pool and spa annexed at the end of the villa’s courtyard, which includes a gym, hot tub, sauna, and bathroom.
