The villa is situated in the Ruzmarin Bay, approximately 1 km from the town of Sumartin on Brac Island, and is only 10 meters from the Adriatic Sea.

The ground floor, mezzanine, and first floor of Villa Magic Bay total 485 square meters. Three luxury bedrooms with king-size beds, additional modern sofas, and en-suite bathrooms are located on the mezzanine floor. There are also three large living rooms with seating and an LCD TV/DVD player. Up to 14 guests can be accommodated in 6 luxurious en-suite rooms and have access to all of the amenities.

On the ground floor, there is an open space terrace with an infinity pool, a heated swimming pool, an outdoor relaxing area with a hammock, and a barbecue.

Several terraces with lounge chairs, table tennis, and hammock; hot tub for 12 guests, Netflix, organic vegetable garden, and private beach right in front of the villa are some of the most appealing extras that Villa has.

This magnificent villa has a private mooring for small boats in front of it, and the villa manager is available at all times.
