This magnificent villa proudly stands on the seafront of Vis town, on Vis Island, a haven of peace and natural beauty. It has four apartments and can sleep up to 18 people.

Built in the year 2000, Villa Isa Palace was completely renovated in 2017. The first glimpse of the villa’s exterior will leave you speechless.

The sun’s rays reflect on the Brač stone on the facade, the same stone that was used to construct many notable buildings around the world, including a portion of the White House in Washington, D.C.

There is a vast seafront terrace in front of the villa that extends into the sea.
In front of the villa, there is also a sun lounge area and private mooring for up to two yachts. The exterior is completed by a dining area and a large fireplace with a grill, making it more functional and allowing you to enjoy the beautiful view at all times.

The four separate apartments exude a sense of harmony and classical charm. Each apartment has a terrace with a breathtaking sea view, and all bedrooms feature air conditioning, satellite flat-screen televisions, and a Wi-Fi Internet connection.

The superior apartment, which spans the ground and first floors, is the largest in this lovely house. It has a large kitchen, dining room, and living room, all of which are fully equipped and furnished with all necessary appliances.

Also, there are four light-filled double bedrooms and four bathrooms. The seafront terrace is a part of the superior apartment and during hot summer days, only a few steps separate you from the refreshment in the crystal clear sea.

A one-bedroom apartment is situated on the second floor and it has a kitchen, dining room, charming double bedroom, and bathroom. On the same floor, there is a two-bedroom apartment and it consists of a well-equipped kitchen, dining room, two spacious double bedrooms, and a bathroom.

The penthouse apartment is located on the villa’s top floor, and the view from this apartment is simply breathtaking. This apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, two lovely double bedrooms, and a bathroom.

Beautiful beaches, hotels, bars, grocery stores, bakeries, and other amenities abound in Vis town. You will also have the opportunity to visit some of the most beautiful locations on Vis Island and in the surrounding area, including Stiniva beach, the picturesque town of Komiža, Blue cave, Green cave, Budikovac Island, and many others.
