The Villa Gothic complex is situated in the Burag region of Hvar Island. It’s right in the heart of town, just 50 meters from the sea and the main promenade. Hvar is the ideal starting point for your Croatian vacation, with a plethora of tourist attractions and historical sites to see.

The island also has regular ferries to other parts of Croatia, allowing you to take day trips to nearby islands like Brač or Makarska.

This three-story luxury villa has five bedrooms with bathrooms, a large living room space, a kitchen, and a dining room.

A wide garden with Mediterranean plants – lemons, oranges, figs, lavender, and rosemary – surrounds the home, and a heated pool in the old Gothic house, which is an integral part of the garden, can be converted from an indoor to an outdoor pool by opening the roof.

Baroque Palace

On the ground floor, there is the main entrance with a staircase and a water tank. The living room has balcony doors that open up to a lovely view of the surroundings. The living room is well-appointed, with plush sofas and a soothing fireplace.

With doors that lead out onto the interior stone courtyard, the kitchen and dining area are clean and light, with plenty of room and everything you’ll need for your stay. On the ground floor, there are two double bedrooms, each with a bathroom.

Comfortable beds, plenty of storage space for your possessions, and space to relax and unwind are all included in the bedrooms. They have a welcoming atmosphere and breathtaking views. On the first floor, there are three more double bedrooms, each with its spacious bathroom.

The garden is surrounded by a two-meter-high stone wall, ensuring total privacy and tranquility during your stay. There is a sunbathing area with comfortable deckchairs and a 10-person dining table.

Medieval (Gothic) House

On the ground floor, the Gothic House is linked to the Baroque Palace, which features a beautiful indoor pool with moveable walls that can be converted into an outdoor pool that connects to the garden.

The spa facilities, which include a sauna, Jacuzzi, massage area, tub, and toilet, are situated on the lowest level. A wine cellar is connected to this, with a range of first-class Croatian and international wines.

The villa was designed with your relaxation in mind, and you will feel refreshed and rejuvenated at the end of your vacation.
