The villa has three floors and an internal lift; the main entrance is on the top floor, at the back of the villa. There is an extra exterior stone stairway that leads from the top parking lot to the pool terrace and ground floor.

This luxurious villa features six bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a kitchen, dining, and sitting area, as well as a sauna and gym. This top-of-the-line, high-end villa is enhanced by beautiful bed linens, the finest designer furniture, a gourmet equipped kitchen, and impeccable service from the multilingual concierge and her staff. The villa is equipped with a Sonos sound system with Bose speakers.

On the ground floor, there is a room with a 6.5-foot-long billiard table and a view.  A sauna with infrared therapeutic heating, a gym with Kettler exercise machines, a mirrored wall, and a TV are also available.

The pool terrace is enormous, measuring 350 square meters. The magnificent heated infinity pool, which measures 11 meters in length and appears to spill into the sea, takes center stage. Around the heated pool, there are a variety of upscale sun loungers and sculptures.
