This stunning modern villa is situated in Lozica, a small coastal town only 7 kilometers from Dubrovnik’s Old Town. Lozica is a traditional summer home for Dubrovnik aristocrats due to its proximity to the historic center.

When you exit the parking garage, you’ll enter an elegant foyer that serves as the focal point of a vibrant, open-concept space that covers two levels and is divided by a marble staircase. The foyer is contemporary yet accommodating, with soft furnishings and artwork on the walls.

The lower level is an open-concept space with a stylish living room with a 60-inch TV and a cutting-edge kitchen with a custom-made table for twelve people. Food prepared fresh in the kitchen can be served inside or on the adjacent shaded terrace, which has a 12-person al fresco dining table.

The villa has five double bedrooms that can sleep ten people, plus two more people can sleep on the pull-out sofa. Three bedrooms are situated on the west side, and two separate guest units are located on the east side, all of which are secluded and suitable for older children, families, or personnel.

A hot tub is available in two of the bedrooms, a master room and, a deluxe room, from which you can enjoy a magnificent view.

The bedrooms on the villa’s east side are large and have a bathroom with a shower. One space is on the same floor as the living room and kitchen, while the other enjoys views from the villa’s highest point, just above the fitness room. Each bedroom is lavishly and uniquely decorated to ensure that your stay is one to remember.

Sunbathing and swimming are also highlights of this Dubrovnik vacation rental. The terrace has sun loungers and outdoor sofas where you can relax and soak up the Mediterranean sun. If you descend the stone staircase, you’ll be right on the pebble beach, where you can enjoy the sea at your leisure.

The pier is also decorated with deck chairs, and boats up to 15 meters can be moored here.
