Luxury Villa with Swimming Pool

Villa BLUETIQUE is situated on the fascinating island of Brac, in the charming town of Bol.

The villa is built in a modern style using local materials such as Brač stone. There are two different buildings, each with its inner courtyard. A stunning swimming pool and surrounding terrace lined with local Brač stone are nestled in between and concealed from view.

The first building, which is closer to the shore, offers breathtaking views through the pines. A modern kitchen, indoor dining area, living room, and vanity bathroom are all found on the ground floor. A spacious master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a private terrace overlooking the sea is located on the first floor.

The second structure has four apartments, each with a kitchenette and an en suite bathroom. Two of the apartments are on the ground floor, while the other two are on the first. The floors are connected by exposed outdoor stairs.

Up to 16 guests can be comfortably accommodated in the villa, which offers privacy, luxury, and comfort. As a result, it’s a great option for larger families or groups of friends

The villa’s open and spacious design provided the ideal environment for a wonderful vacation, allowing you and your guests to relax in complete comfort. Spend your vacations in one of the most beautiful parts of the Mediterranean, where you can enjoy typical Mediterranean outdoor living. A parking space is accessible at the villa, which is about 100 meters away. Additionally, on request, a space for an additional vehicle may be provided (surcharge).
