This lovely traditional stone house is an impressive holiday home in a picturesque village on the island of Krk, just 1.5 kilometers from the sea. The property as a whole takes your breath away. With a private pool, sunbathing room, small Mediterranean garden, and a stunning stone terrace with a view of the whole bay and the water.

The Villa features a fabulous mix of leisure and entertainment facilities. The villa has 5 bedrooms and can fit up to 12 guests. On the ground floor, there are two double rooms with double beds and private bathrooms. On the first floor, there are three rooms, one with a double bed and the other two with three single beds each. There are two toilets on the first floor as well. On the ground level, there is another bathroom.

A professionally fitted kitchen is situated on the ground floor, where you can also find a dining area and an open-plan living space with easy access to the stone terrace and pool area with views of the sea. A summer kitchen with a big grill and a table for twelve people is conveniently built outside. What a wonderful spot for great family outdoor dinners!

This villa also has a lovely swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas, which is surrounded by stone walls and Mediterranean greenery, providing the perfect backdrop for many of your install-worthy snaps. Parking is accessible in the yard, which is next to the house.
