Luxury villa with Swimming Pool

This stunning villa is located in the natural preserve Limski Kanal (Bay of Lim), which is one of Istria’s most beautiful landscapes, in a very peaceful and intimate atmosphere. The channel is about 10 kilometers long and is surrounded on both sides by cliffs that can exceed 100 meters in height.

The villa with its 700 m2 is situated at the 3.800 m2 of property, where landscape and vegetation give an extraordinary feeling of connection with nature.

This luxurious villa is built in a modern style and features numerous amenities for your enjoyment. It can accommodate up to 10 guests in five bedrooms and an additional two additional staff members.
The villa has five bedrooms, a living room with a fireplace, a TV, and a stereo surround system, a fully fitted kitchen with a bar, and a dining area with seating for ten people. A well-equipped gym and spa center, as well as a billiard room with a lounge area, are also available to guests.

Each of the five bedrooms has a double bed (180 x 200 cm), with one of the bedrooms’ beds being convertible into a twin room. Additionally, each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a tub. In addition, every room has a sea view.

A small sport airport located nearby the villa gives a possibility to guests to arrive with private jets or helicopters.

We can organize the flight for up to 12 people for you or offer you arrival with a helicopter which can be at your disposal during your stay (everything by prior arrangement, surcharge applies).

The runway is 800 m long. Furthermore, we can arrange panoramic flights and sightseeing of the whole Croatian coast with islands, all the way to Dubrovnik in the south.
