Location: Hvar Island, Croatia
This charming villa is directly on the beach in the bay of Uljeni Bok, with private beach access. The bay is situated on the island of Hvar, in the western part of the town of Hvar. It is 4,4 kilometers from the town’s base.
The villa is situated in a private nature park where mouflons, stags, hinds, and other animals can be found. The property has a separate automatic door so you can enter the park to get to the villa. The villa is one of only six houses located in the bay. It ensures full privacy by preventing uninvited guests from accessing the parking area while also ensuring protection.
It’s one of the property’s most attractive features: the beach in front of the villa can make you feel as though you’re the only one there. Despite the privacy, it is an extremely secure environment.
Another great feature is the town’s proximity. To get to the town center from the villa, one can take a car, which takes about 15 minutes, or a boat, which takes about 0.5 miles.
A direct speed boat transfer from the Split airport to the villa berth can be arranged.
Local white stone from the islands of Bra and Hvar was used to construct the villa, which is a traditional and high-quality building material. With a total of 13 beds in 6 bedrooms, this villa is suitable for larger families or groups of friends looking for a quiet and relaxing atmosphere to stay in.
The villa facilities are as follows:
At sea level, a lovely white stone private dock measuring 8m x 8m with two bollards for ships. Ships of up to 25 meters can be anchored. There are stairs on the side that lead into the sea for swimming.
A small shallow beach for children can be found to the right. A tiny two-bed apartment No. 1 (room 4m x 2m) and bathroom (2m x 2m) with shower and toilet is situated along the waterfront. . The apartment can be used as a sleeping quarter or a storage area for beach gear.
On the side are two wine refrigerators and a sink with running water. All are equipped with lights to illuminate level one and the waterfront.
On the second level (II) A stone table with 10 chairs is situated and is used for alfresco dining.
A space with a bathroom (a washing machine can be found on the left side, about 15 meters away).
The third level (III) Two apartments with double beds, wardrobes, and commodes are situated on the third floor. Each apartment has a shower and bathroom.
fully equipped kitchen and separate indoor dining room with a table, chairs, cabinet washer, and wide fridge are both located on the same floor. A covered terrace with an outdoor bed is situated in front of the entire length of the house.
On the fourth level (IV) is a large terrace (18 m x 6 m, of which 3 meters in width is covered) with outdoor chairs and a seating bench.
A terrace with a table for 20 people and a large outdoor fireplace with a traditional barbecue is located next to the balcony.
The Villa’s interior features one living room, three double bedrooms (one of which is a master bedroom), two bathrooms with toilets, and a separate toilet.
Fifth level (V) – low loft double bed apartment with bathroom – used for auxiliary staff.
