Luxury Villa with Private Beach Access

This bright, airy, and elegant Villa is tucked away in the pines on the cape, perfectly blending in with the natural colors. Its interior has been built with elegance and in complete harmony with the fascinating natural surroundings. Dramatic cliffs, a clear sky, and a tranquil blue sea combine to create an idyllic hideaway.

Its ambiance can be described as modern, practical, luxurious, but warm and welcoming. It’s in Ruzmarin Bay, about 3 kilometers from Sumartin town and just 2 meters from the Adriatic Sea. It is 320 square meters in size and consists of the ground, first, and second floors.

On the upper floors, four luxuriously furnished en-suite bedrooms will accommodate a total of eight guests (two bedrooms with king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms are on the first floor while the rest of the bedrooms are on the second floor). The villa has a private beach, allowing guests to enjoy the quiet, crystal-clear Adriatic Sea.

There is an open-plan kitchen/living room area with handmade furniture on the ground floor, as well as a separate bathroom. Throughout your holiday, a villa host will be available to answer any questions you might have. There are also two motorcycles, two SUP boards, snorkeling equipment for adults and children, and Netflix streaming on the television. There is also the choice of mooring a small boat.
