- Receive Curated Options
We’ll send a personalized selection of available vessels with full specifications, photos, and transparent pricing. Want to chat? We’re happy to speak by phone or video to understand your style, expectations, and budget.
- Confirm Your Choice
Once you’ve selected your yacht, we’ll send an official Pro-forma invoice with payment terms and all charter conditions.
- Secure Your Booking
A 50% deposit confirms your booking. The balance is due 6 weeks before departure. Payment is easy via secure credit card link or bank transfer.
- Customize Your Experience
After confirming your booking, you’ll receive a Charter Agreement and a “Preference List” so we can personalize your charter—from food and drinks to special activities, requests, and celebrations.
- Itinerary Planning
We’ll suggest a custom sailing route based on your interests—whether that’s hidden bays, charming villages, gourmet spots, or nature escapes. Final itineraries are approved by your skipper and weather conditions.
- Complete the Crew List
A few weeks before your trip, you’ll complete a crew list with passport details for everyone onboard. If you’re chartering bareboat, you’ll also send us copies of your skipper license and VHF certificate (originals must be presented at check-in).
- Time to Sail
Your yacht awaits! We’ll stay in touch throughout your journey, ready to assist with anything—from last-minute reservations to route suggestions.
